Why do we cut a cake?

It started as a tradition since the Roman period, where people used to ake round cakes to people on their wedding and birthday of special people. These cakes were like today’s tier cakes which go upto 3 to 4 tiers.

Later, germans started with the tradition of one layer cakes for every person’s birthday destroying the myth of cakes being a special person’s item !

since then began the era of modern cakes as we see them today.

There are some people who also think cutting a cake is actually not a good thing to do on a fine day like wedding or birthday, and it brings bad luck like cutting down of relationsip, cutting down of a person’s remaining years of life etc.

for eg, in a housewarming party, its almost obvious for people to gift cakes with a picture of a house, or something like that. while celebrating people dont like to cut the house into pieces ! We had a live example of a customer demanding a cake but without the need of cutting it

Well, keeping in mind these people’s emotions, we at AAAAAHA !! have introduced cupcake pullover cake where you dont need to cut a cake, but its a bunch of cupcakes specially designed to look like a cake from above and eat it sungularly without cutting it !!
